Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with torque applications and manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Develop and maintain facility and production layouts.
• Support capacity planning, equipment implementation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and production teams to improve performance.
• Support new product introductions and ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
