Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians and CNC Programmers across Green Bay facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement through standard work, 7S, and problem solving.
• Develop plant layouts focused on part flow, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Initiate capital investments and lead project implementations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management to resolve issues.
