Modine, a global leader in thermal management, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee manufacturing engineering activities and standardize processes across product lines. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to drive safe, on-time, cost-effective production and continuous process improvement.

The role requires five years of management experience in manufacturing engineering, knowledge of ERP/CAD/CAM, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in industrial or mechanical engineering; master’s desirable.
• Coursework in management & supervision.
• Coursework in manufacturing operations & quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage annual manufacturing engineering goals with leadership.
• Manage department budget to maximize efficiency at target cost.
• Lead development of manufacturing processes to produce products.
• Create standard work to support labor estimation.
• Coordinate with other departments and external organizations.
• Support safety and environmental programs and OSHA/EPA compliance.
