Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Minnesota seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities, improve methods, and standardize processes across product lines.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering and Operations, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality and cost reduction initiatives while developing staff and implementing Best Practices. This role offers a path to influence across the organization and contribute to profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience overseeing at least one manufacturing engineering department and budgets.
• Minimum of five years experience in Manufacturing Engineering in related field.
• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing industry with a quality system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate manufacturing processes and engineering activities with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Lead development of processes to produce products and standard work to enable labor estimation.
• Manage department performance, budgets, and staff development; drive safety and continuous improvement.
