Job summary

Modine is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Lead (Electrical) in Racine, WI, with hybrid work options. The role drives technical readiness and scalable manufacturing for new plant launches, aligning processes, equipment, and layouts with program requirements.

You will lead automation integration, work with PMO and cross-functional teams, and travel to plant sites to support deployment. 5+ years in manufacturing engineering plus CAD/MES experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering, process development, or plant launch support.
• Experience with equipment commissioning, process validation, and layout design.
• Strong understanding of automation, digital manufacturing tools, and lean principles.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AME workstream lead on cross-functional programs and PMO planning.
• Deploy to plant sites to support equipment installation, process validation, and layout optimization.
• Partner with PMO teams to align deliverables with timelines and launch goals.
• Lead efforts to integrate automation and digital technologies into new lines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
