Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in engineering within manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in capital equipment.
• Sound knowledge of desiccant and refrigeration technology is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the engineering department.
• Oversee workflow of shop documentation and support new product development.
