Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee design implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers within a single site.
• Develop work assignments and operating plans; ensure timely, compliant execution.
• Manage capital budgets and programs within the facility; determine resource allocation and monitor budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Design, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver manufacturing solutions.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback, and ensure proper training.
