Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering field with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge to support new product development and/or complex problems.
• Strong project management skills to enhance efficiencies within team and/or plant.
• Supports the development of strategic plans in coordination with senior managers.
• Ensures team/plant executes manufacturing processes safely and compliantly.
• Strong analysis of process flows for quality, cost reduction and throughput.
• Ability to determine engineering schedules and track completion against targets.
• Strong leadership and communication to convey a vision across teams.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Process Flow – Oversees planning and implementation of processes, equipment and tooling.
• Process Improvement – Develops strategies to drive innovation and improvements.
• People Management – Mentors and develops team members and provides performance feedback.
• Budget & Expense Planning – Leads capital budgeting and resource allocation.
• Internal and/or Supplier Interaction – Collaborates with suppliers and internal customers to define specs and deliver solutions.
