Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Engineer to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes for complex operations at Parker facilities. You will lead advanced techniques, test new systems, and plan layouts to optimize production, quality, cost, and safety.

This role may manage large capital projects. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in engineering, strong problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe and sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related Engineering field with 8-10 years of experience.
Advanced knowledge and ability to apply complex concepts of engineering.
Analytical approach to problem solving of sophisticated scope.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Flow – analyze and deploy advanced design for manufacture and assembly; identify equipment and tooling needed to meet specs.
Lead process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, yield, safety and cost.
Provide engineering design support in collaboration with engineering leadership on concepts and specifications.
Ensure regulatory compliance for facilities and lines; apply technical standards and methods.
Lead remediation efforts to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
