Parker Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Engineer to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes for complex assemblies across facilities in the United States. The role focuses on improving efficiency, cost, safety, and quality while supporting new and existing Parker products and large capital projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience, demonstrates advanced engineering knowledge, and can lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related Engineering field; 8-10 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge and ability to apply complex engineering concepts.
• Systematic, disciplined, analytical problem solving for complex scope.
• Advanced knowledge of data structures and database programming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deploy advanced manufacturing process designs to improve production.
• Lead process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, yield, safety, and cost.
• Partner with engineering leadership regarding design concepts and specifications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across facility and solution lines.
• Identify issues and lead corrective actions to ensure quality.
