Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. invites you to join the 2027 Summer Internship focused on Warehouse Operations Management in Indianapolis, IN.

The program combines hands-on training during weeks 1–3 with project work in weeks 4–10, guided by a mentor and manager, with potential for Early Career Leadership Development. Interns will explore Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking, Technology Integration, and Process Controls while gaining cross-functional exposure and presenting

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in a related field with an expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Experience assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation & Sales.
• Lead projects and collaborate with other interns and mentors.
• Work with professionals to develop career growth in Operations.
• Gain cross-functional exposure by collaborating with multiple departments.
