Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing‑related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with data analytics or process improvement projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze water usage data and support projects to reduce Water Usage Ratio and utility costs.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for reporting and tracking actions.
• Support TPM, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives and participate in kaizen events.
• Manage project action items, follow up with stakeholders, and drive cost‑saving improvements across the facility.
