Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati invites rising engineering students to join a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in Product Supply. You’ll tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and collaborate with seasoned professionals on projects that impact our brands.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing, data analytics, and problem solving, with mentorship and opportunities to lead small projects from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Project mindset: eager to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to approach complex issues and contribute to technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Mobility: willing to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and throughout career.
• Availability: able to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead or significantly contribute to projects focused on process optimization, loss elimination, and capability building.
• Apply data analytics (e.g., OEE, root cause analysis) to improve processes.
• Support packaging lines and equipment integration; assist with new equipment integration using 3D modeling/mechatronics.
• Assist automation and robotics integration; contribute to digital manufacturing solutions.
• Support capital projects from concept to execution, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.
