Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator to support documentation, data analysis, and coordination within the Manufacturing Engineering team. You will maintain process documentation, prepare reports, and assist with process improvements and launches across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities include updating job instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, and training materials, while ensuring revision accuracy and alignment with approved changes.

Qualifications

• Familiar with documenting manufacturing processes and producing clear reports.
• Experience with PFMEAs, Control Plans, and process documentation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and revise manufacturing instructions, standard work, and related documentation.
• Coordinate updates to PFMEAs, control plans, and process diagrams.
• Facilitate document reviews with cross-functional teams to secure approvals.
• Maintain document revision history and archival records per company standards.
• Analyze manufacturing data using Excel, Power BI, and other systems to generate reports.
