Advantage Technical is hiring an Engineering Project Coordinator to support a large-scale product branding and documentation update project in a manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience with engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, engineering, production, or project support experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, document control systems, or engineering drawings is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering documentation updates related to product branding changes.
• Review inventory and assist with identifying parts requiring updates or rework.
• Coordinate rework activities with production and machine shop teams.
• Update drawings, specifications, and product documentation as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
