Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing manufacturing engineering support to resolve production and process-related issues.
• Lead process design initiatives to optimize product flow and cell efficiency using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support new product and process launches, including equipment selection, design, installation, and modification.
• Analyze product structures and manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain clear work instructions and technical documentation.
