Job summary

Camlin seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead configuration and assembly of Camlin products at the Atlanta facility and to serve as North American Safety Lead, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.

You will oversee transformer monitoring system assembly, optimize processes, and collaborate with UK teams to share best practices while driving safety initiatives in line with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Experience leading or managing a safety program with OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, testing, and validation of transformer monitoring systems at the Atlanta facility.
• Develop and optimize assembly processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UK-based engineering and production teams for knowledge transfer.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing and integration challenges.
• Support supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material availability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a safety compliance program for North America.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Conduct safety training, audits, and risk assessments for manufacturing and field operations.
• Promote a culture of workplace safety and continuous improvement.
