Camaco is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to optimize automotive production processes. You will conduct time studies, develop layouts and work instructions, and support lean initiatives across the plant floor and office settings.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, strong PLC/AutoCAD skills, Six Sigma knowledge, and experience with ERP and BOM management. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams and adherence to IATF16949 standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office; Allen Bradley PLC programming; AutoCAD; GD&T; Six Sigma concepts; ERP; BOM management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct time and method studies establishing time standards for manufacturing operations.
• Provide Industrial Engineering support to manufacturing operations using lean manufacturing / Kaizen principles.
• Develop plant layouts, work instructions, process flow layout, set-up procedures; ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Handle automation with robotic materials and parts; manage process FMEA and documentation.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment; monitor production measurables and productivity incentives.
