Job summary

Camlin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the configuration and assembly of Camlin products at our Atlanta facility and to serve as the North American Safety Lead, ensuring OSHA compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.

You will oversee transformer monitoring system assembly, optimize processes, and collaborate with UK teams for knowledge transfer while supporting supply chain and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Previous experience leading or managing a safety program with OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, testing, and validation of transformer monitoring systems at the Atlanta facility.
• Develop and optimize assembly processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UK-based engineering and production teams for knowledge transfer and best practices.
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and integration challenges.
• Support supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material availability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a safety compliance program for North America.
