Job summary

Lennox International is hiring a Factory Safety Engineer to lead health, safety, and environmental programs in our manufacturing facility. You will partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure a safe, compliant workplace and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, audits, training, and incident investigations, with a focus on reducing workplace incidents and ergonomic risks in alignment with OSHA/EPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant health, safety, environmental, and/or industrial safety experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Certification and systems expertise add value.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs for the manufacturing facility.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations to ensure HSE compliance.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Lead safety training programs and promote accountability in safety.
• Support emergency response planning and corrective actions.
