Job summary

Camaco LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance functions. You will establish standardized methods, materials, equipment, and manpower while providing technical expertise to engineering processes.

You will direct the work of maintenance personnel, manage projects, ensure QMS compliance, and communicate with customers and management to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in plant engineering and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for new business and changes.
• Set labor and method standards for all plant processes.
• Direct maintenance staff and manage project execution.
• Ensure QMS compliance and maintain documentation standards.
• Communicate with customers and management to resolve issues.
