Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for a 1st Shift position with a Tier 1 company located near Grand Rapids, MI. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, particularly in Process Engineering and Lean methodologies.

This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience with tools like PFMEA, Control Plans, and robotics. Responsibilities include analyzing quality results, preparing reports, and optimizing designs.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience in process engineering and Lean.
• Ability to work unsupervised on assigned projects.

Responsabilités

• Analyze scrap and dimensional quality results, developing corrective actions.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports.
• Optimize designs directly with customers.
• Communicate simulation/process results with customers.
