Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent.
• AutoCad and Plexus experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, layouts and equipment.
• Coordinate manufacturing launch of new/revised products.
• Lead lean initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and support to plant personnel.
