Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/process/industrial engineering experience.
• Experience supporting new program launches and production implementation.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems.
• Assist in the launch of new programs.
• Coordinate continuous improvement processes and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide analytical assessments to recommend changes to processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing changes.
• Develop standardized work and process documentation.
• Monitor process performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
