• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and FPW framework is desired.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports; auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of FPW across the organization using Lean methodologies and engineering principles.
• Lead and support Policy Deployment activities, KPI development, and performance monitoring.
• Apply engineering problem‑solving and data analysis to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement solutions.
• Support Management Review activities by analyzing performance, KPI trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and sustain FPW processes, Lean tools, visual management, and standardized work.
