Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience improving manufacturing processes and reducing defects.
• Familiarity with SMT technology and SMT DFM concepts is required.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis investigations and customer complaint resolution.
• Train technicians and operators to standardize processes.
• Design and apply stencil plans and tracking.
• Lead Failure Analysis report preparation and consolidation.
• Summarize and refine risk points for proactive improvement.
• Perform other duties as required.
