• Experience supporting new program launches and production implementation activities.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Communicates effectively: clearly communicates technical information to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems.
• Assist in the launch of new programs and production initiatives.
• Coordinate continuous improvement efforts and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide analytical assessments to recommend changes to current and proposed processes.
• Collaborate with management and engineering to implement plans and recommendations.
• Develop standardized work and process documentation.
• Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
