Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and FPW.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and KPI reporting.
• Experience ISO audits and Layered Process Audits preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of FPW using Lean methods.
• Lead Policy Deployment activities including KPI development and monitoring.
• Apply problem-solving methods to identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Support Management Review by analyzing performance trends and risks.
• Develop and sustain standardized FPW processes and visual management.
• Conduct FPW, LPA audits and drive corrective actions.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen and cross-functional initiatives across functions.
• Use data analytics to improve performance visibility and decisions.
