Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years experience in PCBA manufacturing or electronics manufacturing required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize PCBA production processes to achieve efficiency improvements.
• Lead implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Design and optimize assembly line configurations for efficiency.
