Job summary

Foxconn-Pce Technology in Lordstown, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process design, operation, and continuous improvement across production areas. You will lead development of standardized work, support new program launches, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Design Engineering to meet safety, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, process or industrial engineering.
• Experience launching new programs and production implementations.
• Process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct design and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Support new program launches and production implementation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement efforts and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide analytical assessments to justify process changes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Design Engineering.
• Develop standardized work and process documentation and monitor metrics.
