Tramec Sloan, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Galion, OH facility. You will develop and improve manufacturing processes, support new product launches, and provide hands-on floor support to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

The role involves leading APQP activities, developing work instructions, and coordinating with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes in a production environment.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, automation, production equipment, and project execution.
• Automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy-duty truck manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead implementation of production equipment, automation, and tooling.
• Lead APQP manufacturing activities and production readiness reviews.
• Develop manufacturing processes and work instructions for new products.
• Provide daily engineering support on the production floor.
• Lead line balancing and productivity improvements.
