The Judge Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvements, new product introductions, and production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will develop and improve manufacturing processes, create work instructions, troubleshoot issues, and lead Lean initiatives while collaborating with quality, production, and supply chain teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of experience are required; Lean experience is preferred, with
