Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer – Technical Writing & Process Documentation to support manufacturing operations by developing, converting, and improving work instructions and procedures. You will drive clear, technically accurate documents that support compliant manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience.
• Strong technical writing and documentation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve manufacturing work instructions and procedures.
• Convert existing manufacturing instructions into updated systems and formats.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean assembly principles.
• Develop assembly, disassembly, soldering, coating, and component installation/removal procedures.
• Design operation sequences and manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and product requirements.
