Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Grand Rapids to support process improvements, new product introductions, and overall production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop and refine manufacturing processes, create work instructions, and troubleshoot design issues while collaborating with quality, production, and supply chain teams to drive Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
