The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvements, new product introductions, and production efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop and improve manufacturing processes, create work instructions, troubleshoot production and design issues, and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with quality, production, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
