Pall Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to determine optimal manufacturing methods and processes for products from startup through production in Cortland, NY. You will analyze designs to establish manufacturing methods, tooling, and processes while supporting safety, ergonomics, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, Lean/Kai zen methodologies, and tooling development to enhance productivity and quality across manufacturing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Minitab is a plus.
• Experience identifying and implementing improvements to processes, tools, and tooling.
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience; PLC programming knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Determine optimal manufacturing methods and processes from startup to production.
• Analyze engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and tooling.
• Support manufacturing operations to improve safety, ergonomics, OTD, productivity and yields.
• Develop production, assembly and test processes; ensure correct routing, fixtures, tooling, and procedures.
