Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in small continuous-improvement projects to improve manufacturing.
• Develop and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and piping & instrumentation diagrams.
• Aim for efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline standard work.
