Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience; familiar with DFM/DFA and tolerance analysis.
• Experience with FMEA, DOE, and failure analysis.
• Background in complex manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to manufacturing floor; lead LEAN/DBS implementations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement timely solutions for product/process issues.
• Lead KPI improvement plans; manage problem-solving and project sustainment.
