Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Cortland, NY facility. You will lead continuous improvement efforts and help optimize safety, ergonomics, and productivity across production lines.

You will develop processes, collaborate with engineering, operations and quality teams, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering with 3+ years of related experience, plus knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, and PLC programming.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, tools and tooling.
• Ability to implement process improvements under minimal supervision.
• Kaizen/Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement events to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Develop and refine production, assembly & testing processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, operations, quality and safety.
• Support on-time delivery to customers from Cortland, NY.
• Generate, revise and interpret electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
