Job summary
SJE Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support product transfers and continuous improvement across our Rhombus brand. You will work with the Manufacturing Engineering team to implement new products, upgrade work instructions, and optimize production with Lean principles.

Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to support product transfers to the best manufacturing location.
- Assist with integrating new products and product modifications into production as well as upgrading work instructions and routings.
- Devise, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes using Lean principles to reduce waste and improve shop floor efficiency.
- Support the Maintenance team with technical troubleshooting and machinery upgrades.
