Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing engineering or CI experience.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, Visual Management).
• Identify and eliminate waste; drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Support new product introductions and production launches; develop tooling and error-proofing solutions.
