Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for our Jonesville, SC site. The role oversees shipping, receiving and material handling to ensure safe, compliant operations and on-time material movement. Salary ranges from $86,000 to $126,000 per year, reflecting skills and experience.

The position requires significant warehouse management experience in manufacturing, plus SAP proficiency. Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential to drive continuous improvement

Competenze

HS Diploma or GED with 5 years of supervisor/team lead experience.
5 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
3 years of SAP experience.

Mansioni

Oversee shipping, receiving and material handling to ensure timely material flow.
Develop daily workforce and staffing strategies aligned with workload and production schedules.
Standardize warehouse processes and drive efficiency through waste elimination and workflow optimization.
Recruit, hire, train and develop warehouse personnel with onboarding programs and ongoing coaching.
Manage inventory targets, KPIs and performance metrics to support production and customer requirements.
Lead teams to achieve goals and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Sustain a comprehensive 5S program with visual controls and audits.
Investigate issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Support DOH reduction and inventory optimization with cross-functional partners.
Lead annual physical inventory preparation and execution.
