Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer for our Jonesville, SC site. The role supports plant leadership to achieve business and financial goals by developing robust testing and assembly processes and by leading the design, development, and troubleshooting of production equipment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least five years of controls/test experience, including PLC/HMI programming and safety system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five years of controls/test engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, or related field.
• Three years of PLC and HMI programming with an understanding of safety systems design.
• Relocation assistance available for candidates within 50 miles of Jonesville, SC

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain robust testing and assembly processes.
• Support, service, and troubleshoot controls for production equipment and tests.
• Develop test equipment specifications ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, design engineering, suppliers, and customers as needed.
