Job summary

GOJO Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and distribution networks in Northeast Ohio, with occasional weekly remote work. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput, safety, and cost.

The ideal candidate will apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, lead capital and CI projects, and ensure compliant, validated processes within a cGMP framework.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with flammable liquid filling and packaging preferred.
• PMI/Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
• CAD experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing, logistics, and distribution processes for cost savings and efficiency.
• Lead and manage engineering projects, capital or CI, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Lead CI initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and RCA to improve quality, reliability, and cost.
• Support validation and cGMP documentation for projects and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement to optimize processes.
