Job summary

GOJO Industries is seeking a Packaging Operations Director in Wooster, OH, to provide leadership for all packaging operations. This role involves partnering with various departments to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. The role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on quality, and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Compensation ranges from $122,700 to $168,700 annually, depending on experience and competencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a facility with 24/7 operations.
• Proven experience leading multi-shift, multi-line packaging or production teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for all packaging operations.
• Translate business strategies into effective packaging execution plans.
• Establish operational strategies, including capacity planning and labor models.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to manage packaging-related P&L impacts.
• Lead, coach, and develop Packaging Managers and key functional leaders.
