Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team in an impactful role focused on improving production processes and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing process engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Chemical/Mechanical/Manufacturing).
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement tools.
• Plan, execute, and analyze process trials and DOE.
• Develop and maintain SOPs.
• Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Support quality investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead projects focused on reducing costs and improving yields.
• Train production personnel on new processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
