Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing improvement experience preferred.
• Proven experience applying lean manufacturing principles (SMED, level loading).
• Strong project management, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead equipment modernization and layout optimization to improve reliability and reduce cycle time.
• Ensure safety is embedded in process design; support safety analyses and engineering controls.
• Partner with Quality to integrate error-proofing, process controls, and ISO/IATF readiness.
• Monitor productivity, OEE, and staffing alignment to production schedules and demand.
• Plan and manage improvements projects, ECOs/ECNs, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support new product introductions and scale-up of production lines and equipment.
• Capture lessons learned and maintain process documentation for audit readiness.
