Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, operational excellence, or continuous-improvement experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from a recognized program.
• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma or continuous-improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S, value-stream mapping, standard work, and process mapping.
• Experience using production data to improve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, throughput, and performance.
• Apply DMAIC and structured problem-solving methodologies to manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, downtime, quality issues, waste, and variation.
• Improve processes involving mixing, filling, packaging, material flow, changeovers, sanitation, and scheduling.
• Track KPIs including OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, cycle time, and labor efficiency.
• Lead time studies, capacity analyses, and production-line balancing.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value-stream mapping, 5S, standard work, and waste-reduction projects.
• Perform root-cause analysis using fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, and statistical methods.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to increase equipment availability.
• Develop standard work, procedures, and control plans.
