Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Northlake, TX plant. The role focuses on developing and implementing optimal manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and coordinating launches of new or revised products.

You will train teams, drive lean initiatives, and work with cross-functional groups to meet quality standards. Requirements include a BS in Engineering and experience with automated assembly, sheet metal fabrication, AutoCAD, Plexus, and MS

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Strong problem solving and lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with AutoCAD and tools used in BIW fabrication is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes per product specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products and train team members.
• Lead lean initiatives, cost reductions, and productivity improvements across production flows.
• Create and maintain layouts of buildings and equipment and support cross-functional teams.
