100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and implement automation in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze KPIs, and apply Six Sigma and lean techniques to cut waste and boost product quality. The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background, strong CAD skills, and hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics, CNCs, and vision systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or related field.
• Preferred Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certifications.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and refine manufacturing processes using CAD tools to optimize layouts and tooling.
• Lead project scheduling and coordinate cross-functional teams for improvements and launches.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Program and maintain PLCs, robotics, CNCs, and vision inspection systems.
• Apply lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate on assembly, fabrication, welding, and plastics processes.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure GD&T standards across production.
